Poise Presence & Power for Teens with Coach Zanze & Carolyne

Gift your child an unforgettable experience in this self development and public speaking holiday camp for junior, middle and high school students.

This 4 nights – 3 days experience in a green and serene out of town setting is all about helping our children to exhibit confidence and authenticity in their interactions at school, at home and in public.

During this boutique retreat, experienced coaches will help your child know themself better and better their communication skills so that they will stand up for themselves wherever they are.

The camp will start with a personality test for teens to identify traits to cultivate and help them learn how to interact better with other personality types. This will be followed exploration on how to communicate skillfully and effectively and manage frustration, anger or fear in conversations, improve body language.

There will be many fun moments with co-curricular activities such as creative cookery, creative art, journalling, reading corners, a library of communication books, meditation and mindfulness, river walks and talks, a fun park (Chaka Ranch – charges apply), cathartic dance, fireside storytelling and other opportunities to grow social skills.

The teens will also have a very special opportunity for one-on-one life coaching with certified and experienced life coaches Zanze and Carolyne Gaithuma. The coaching will be progressive and the attending students  will graduate onto higher levels and earn badges when they attend future retreats during the holiday breaks.

There will be two resident mentors/chaperones (one for boys and one for girls)
