Mondays & Tuesdays:   Expressive therapy sessions
Art, Drama & Music therapy – unlike traditional arts expression the process of creation is emphasized rather than the final product
Wednesdays & Fridays:  Individual Behavioral Therapy
1-on-1 therapy sessions provide a safe environment for clients to feel free to open up and share their fears and concerns, allowing the therapist to provide tools & alternative Behavioral responses to these issues. We also offer self-reliance programs on Wednesdays that include dinner preparation guided by the chef.
Thursdays & Saturdays:  Experiential therapy
Clients have experiential outings within Naivasha Community to foster appropriate social behaviours to enhance mindfulness and introduce them to a new way of having fun while maintaining a sober.

Who needs inpatient Rehab?

People who have struggled to quit using Alcohol or other drugs on their own and people who have relapsed in the past.
Those who live in high-risk environments.

Preparing for inpatient Rehab.

Accept that what happens in Rehab is challenging but necessary.
Learn about your treatment facility and make sure it’s the right one for you.
Bring comfortable items.
Mentally prepare for withdrawal symptoms.
Be open to talking about your emotions & experience
Think about long-term goals.
