Fun, learning and calm in Karura forest.
These sessions are targeted at children aged 9 -12 years old because of the content. The cost doesn’t include entrance fee to Karura forest.
Combining healing power of nature and teaching some techniques for nurture through mindful practices. The four sessions will include: Introduction, Gratitude, Tree-Planting and Self-Compassion.
