
THE LAUGHTER THERAPY SESSION
Laughter has been left to chance. This session is all about making a conscious attempt to laugh. To laugh without reason. To break the mental barriers of being serious and become playful. Joyous. This session will begin with a combination of gentle body movements and breathe work – moving into various stages of laughter and finally a cool down. A very safe and judgement free space, facilitating mental, physical and emotional benefits. The final objective is to develop the habit of laughing, taking and spreading this happiness with you wherever you go. BRE
