Practice Description |
I have 20 years experience in my practice and I was initially based in America before moving to Kenya. Being on the Board Of American Women Association allowed me to facilitate and take part in different outreach programmes. I am accredited by the American Diabetes Care & Education Specialists (ADCES) to facilitate PreventT2 programs in efforts to prevent Type II Diabetes.
After moving back to Kenya I got into Transition Coaching. Relocating made me realise how challenging transitioning can be hence the decision to coach people on how to handle and successfully get through different life transitions. I also got into Adolescent Counselling, working with teenagers and I have practised that for 6 years.
I am currently based at the Waterfront Clinic in Karen. This is a center of multiple medical specialists able to bring all your healthcare needs under one roof. We provide services from preventive, restorative, curative to ensure that we, as a collective community, are healthier together.
