I am a commercially focused Business Leader and Certified Executive Coach with extensive experience supporting and developing businesses and leaders across multiple sectors; facilitating not only personal growth of individuals to become strategic leaders but also delivering transformational change and revenue growth for multi-national organisations.More recently, I have explored my personal interest and training in Executive Coaching to support, mentor and guide several C-Level Executives. My approach to coaching includes utilising the Co-active Model of Intuition, Listening, Self-Management, Forward Action and Curiosity to help the individuals find Fulfilment, Balance and Process via a Solution Focused Model.
