I am a yoga teacher and art therapist. I am certified in vinyasa, yin yoga and trauma-informed yoga and have been teaching since 2018. I work with movement, writing, visual arts, nature, ritual, rhythm, mediation and aromatherapy. I am trained in reiki level 1 and 2. I also work in the impact investing space creating access to quality, affordable healthcare for underserved populations across the continent. I look forward to connecting, exchanging, learning, playing and cultivating magic together.

Practice Description |
I can offer a range of practices: Art therapy: Can be done one on one or in groups. Typically a session will involve some conversation and art making, usually more than one modality per session. The idea is to play, explore and identify your inner resources. 60-90 minutes. Yoga: Can be done one on one or in groups. My classes combine meditation, movement and essential oils. Vinyasa yoga is a more active, flowing practice. Yin yoga is about deep stretching and stillness. 60-90 minutes. Reiki: Done one on one, reiki is the practice of channeling the healing energy of the universe (which is love) into your body through my hands in order to activate your own ability to heal yourself. You will lie down and relax, you can even fall asleep! I also work with crystals and essential oils. Sessions can be brief (around 30 minutes) or longer (70 minutes).
