About |
I am the founder of Bikram Yoga Nairobi and have been practicing yoga and meditation for 20 years. It has been a journey of self reflection , curiosity and healing. Mindfulness and self awareness was the path i chose to overcome trauma and find meaning and sense of well-being. It is my belief that your inner state is reflected in both your physical circumstances and your sense of connection to your life. It’s inside out so to speak.
Over the years I became increasingly interested the mechanism and nature of how myself and others perceive reality as well as how society and culture impact this process. I often wonder what it means to be conscious in the modern context.

Practice Description |
I help individuals become more present and assist them in reconnecting with direct experience. This is done through the developing ones ability to direct one’s attention and hold it in place through mindfulness. This practice helps enriching the individuals sense of self and surroundings, ultimately leading to greater independence of thought and sense of sovereignty.
