| Practice Description | Caroline Nderitu, HSC A Certified Trainer (by Kenya Institute of Human Resource Management), Founder, and Lead Trainer at Caroline Communications Ltd (www.publicspeaking.co.ke), I began training professionals to master the art of Public Speaking and Presentation Skills in 1999 when I was commissioned to train trainers at Bondo Teachers Training College for Family Health International (FHI). A Home Economics graduate of Kenyatta University– Kenya, I hold a Head of State Commendation (from President Mwai Kibaki), Kenyatta University Outstanding Young Alumni in the area of Specialisation award and Eve Woman of the Year Award- Arts. To my name are three books – Caroline Verses, Play Your Drum and Love Only. I publish online as well in the area of presentation skills. My blog is available at Having presented my work in fifteen countries in America, Africa, Europe and Asia, I have now specialised in writing for and presenting at social and corporate functions. As a public speaking and presentation skills coach, I have received extensive training locally and abroad and now run communication skills workshops and seminars for top professionals as well as young people and children. A Certified Behaviour Analyst (Institute of Motivational Living –USA), I went into full-time coaching in 2009. Since then my clients for in-house and one-on-one coaching have been drawn from the Kenya National Assembly, Kenya Revenue Authority- KRA, Southern Cross Safaris, Safaricom, Sarova, World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (UK), Makini Schools’ teachers, Kindergarten Headmistresses Association, Kenya Girl Guides association, Visa Oshwal Board, Harleys Pharmaceuticals, Blue Shield Assurance, Kenya Institute of Management, Standard Chartered Bank among others. My overriding aspiration is to establish a phenomenal, ground-breaking and internationally accredited professional and practical coaching academy in Kenya, as well as to travel the world as a highly sort-after, passionate and highly effective Business/Motivational Speaker and Executive Coach and Teacher. |
