I am a certified Power & Kundalini yoga teacher, a Reiki practitioner and mum of two beautiful girls. My personal self-awareness journey has  its roots in yogic practice since mid-90`s when I practiced Ashtanga and Hatha yoga but still struggled finding the flexibility of body, mind, soul that I wanted. I struggled with life threating lumbar pain and that made me stop practicing yoga altogether for a log time. I didn’t understand the deeper reasons for the back pain and what it meant for me on an emotional level. Everything at its right time!

Practice Description

“When the student is ready the teacher will appear”

In 2015, I met my teacher, Jamila from Bolivia who took me on this journey of Awareness of the Self, Reiki, the power of green juicing, Kabbalah, meditation and Kundalini yoga. It took me five classes to know this was what I was looking for, the transformation my soul was yearning for.

In five classes, I experienced a total shift from a place of total chaos to a place of “YES” I am starting to rediscover myself; that subtle, that gentle part of me. That new “me” felt good and right and since I have never looked back.

In 2016, I became a Baptiste Power Yoga Vinyasa Flow Teacher and after 3 years of practicing Kundalini Yoga, I set sail to Bali and plunged into my level 1 teacher training and currently doing my level 2 teacher training.

I am deeply passionate about self compassion, and Kundalini Yoga – also known as the yoga of experience helps us develop self compassion and brings us home to the 4th chakra, the heart center – the natural home of Prana (life force energy) which is also the bridge connecting the lower and upper chakras.

Self compassion allows us to be compassionate with others and allows to experience happiness and higher states of love.

Kundalini means awakening that dormant energy that rests within each and every one of us. We are all born with it.  It is time to now activate it and experience it!
