Deep Coaching is an ontological approach to coaching whereby we would co-create a safe space and go through a process together to attend to the core of ‘being’ of a person, usually their sense of self concept. At this core we attend to either a letting go or an allowing of whatever wants to emerge. Upon attending to the ‘being’ in this transformative way, the doing just unfolds therefore creating a shift in action and behaviour.
I offer both online and in person sessions. Depending on the venue the cost of in person sessions may be 1000/- more.
