Join Pau, Neha and Lauren in a one-day Immersion on Saturday 4 November in a serene private studio and garden in Karen just a short while away from the busy city. Through teachings, meditations, journaling, dance, movement, breathwork and connecting to others, we will let go of the burdens and unnecessary noise in our lives, re-Fill our Selves and Celebrate the Beauty of Life. So that You can re-enter your life Overflowing.

The Immersion will include light refreshments and a healthy vegetarian lunch, with vegan and gluten free options. The exchange for the entire day is 7,000kshs per person.
